The Bostonian - In the mood for love
Setting the mood with dimmed lighting, candle light, richly decorated interior and lively jazz trio, the stage is set for an affair to remember. Executive Chef Mark Bannon continues the romance with a 6-course menu that promises to indulge and ignite passions. Savour gourmet delights with a romantic flourish, such as foie gras, pistachio and trumpet mushroom terrine, Boston lobster with truffle asparagus fondue and champagne-vanilla cream and more. The epicurean voyage has been designed using the finest aphrodisiacal ingredients such as caviar, lobster, foie gras, champagne and chocolate, leaving couples satisfied and smitten.
For a sweet finish, the chef’s specially crafted ‘Chocolate Chili Molten’ dessert served with strawberry chips and vanilla bean ice cream will set hearts aflutter with its play of chocolate and chili.
Priced at HK$988* per person including 2 glasses of house champagne or HK$1,038* per person (min. 2 person) with a half bottle of champagne, the Valentines’ Day dinner menu is available on 13 – 14 February. Advanced booking is required.
T’ang Court -Everlasting
Everlasting love may be another wish of yours this Valentines’ Day and Michelin-starred T’ang Court restaurant manager of 24 years, Danny Chan, is the veteran. He and his wife have celebrated nearly 30 Valentine’s Day together.
Chinese Executive Chef Kwong Wai Keung’s 8-course Valentine’s Day set menu is the ultimate in stylish and sophisticated dining featuring dishes such as fresh South Australian lobster and fruit salad, slow braised whole abalone and fish maw with black mushrooms, as well as Tang Court’s famous Peking duck.
The Valentine’s Day menu is available exclusively on 14 February (dinner time only) and priced at HK$1,280* per person. For an extra HK$388*, our resident Sommelier will pair fine wines with each course.
L’Eclipse - Fever intensity
The city’s favourite buffet restaurant, L’Eclipse, will offer their usual extensive selection with a few Valentine-themed culinary creations including a delightful heart-shaped foie gras and blue lump crab timbale with shiso cress and pink rose champagne aioli.
To complete your dining experience, head to the dessert bar and treat yourself to custom-crafted chocolate desserts and other sweet temptations.

There is always magic in the air when it comes to dessert at Palm Court! Our talented pastry chefs have designed a special Valentine’s Day Tiffin Afternoon Tea menu for couples who simply can’t say “no” to sweetness. Indulge in crisp profiteroles with green apple, fluffy strawberry chiffon cake and delicate lemon “Marshmallow” macaroons.
